In 2014, McCormick and a group of employees agreed to spin the FlavorPrint technology into an independent business. Vivanda was born and we have been connecting people with food they love ever since.

Jerry is a hands-on, visionary founder with an extensive technology background, profound food industry knowledge, and a wealth of relationships built over 30 years. While CIO and VP of Connected Commerce at McCormick Jerry realized that the needs and expectations of connected consumer were not being effectively met. Inspired by the latest developments in artificial intelligence, Jerry’s vision to create a service platform that was able to answer the age old question: “What do I want to eat tonight”, became true with building Vivanda.
